Un'Espressione Geografica is a project by 20 artists that Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo invited to explore Italy, each in a different region and with a different young Italian curator as a correspondent. Each diary is accompanied by images and text illustrating the works that grew out of this experience; the pieces that were produced made up the exhibition with the same title at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo curated by Francesco Bonami. Marzlive, a program of screen-based “con-certs” that ran parallel to the season of summer music festivals in Portugal featuring Julian Rosenfeldt, Johanna Billing, Matt Stokes, Jens Wagner, Michaela Eichwald, Kai Althoff & Ralf Schauff, Ian Forsyth & Jane Pollard. Above You Don't Love Me Yet. 

Here We Dance group show, curated by Ann Coxon and Vanessa Desclaux looked at the relationship between the body and the state and included work by Johanna Billing (Missing Out and Project for a Revolution), Katinka Bock, Yael Davids, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Gail Pickering and the choreographer Yvonne Rainer.

Tarantula, organized by Fondazione Nicola Trussardi was an anthology of artists’ films and videos conceived for the giant screen in Milan’s Piazza del Duomo, a large-scale public projection on the 500-square-meter screen that covers the scaffolding of Palazzo dell’Arengario during its restoration, presenting the work of Vito Acconci, Victor Alimpiev, Johanna Billing, John Bock, Roberto Cuoghi, Rä di Martino, Trisha Donnelly, Mark Leckey, Klara Liden, Pipilotti Rist, Aïda Ruilova, Markus Schinwald, Patrick Tuttofuoco, and Gillian Wearing. Photos marco De Scalzi.
